  • Meeting point:  Default locations as follows;
    •  Cottonwood Tour: In front of the Cottonwood Clubhouse Building,  805 N. Main Street, Cottonwood, AZ 86326. 
    • Jerome Tour: The Steps across the street from Paul and Jerry’s Saloon, 206 N Main Street, Jerome, AZ 86331. 
    • Clarkdale Tour: In the park at the Gazebo, across from Smelter Town Brewery, Clarkdale Park, 1001 N. Main Street, Clarkdale, AZ, 86324.
  • Duration:  4 hour equipment rentals for Self Guided Tours, 1 ½ hour Guided tours.
  • Maximums of people per group is unlimited.
  • Minimum of persons: 1 person, price of self guided tours are for the equipment rental.  For guided tours, the initial cost does cover up to 2 guests, but 1 person is welcome.?
  • Tours are available All year long!  Rain or Shine, Snow or Sun!
  • Cancellation Policy:  Tour will commence on the date of booking within 15 minutes of booked time, rain or shine.  Please give 24 hour notice for any cancellations, and we can reschedule for a later time or date.  Guests will need to sign the company waiver prior to taking the tour and the company holds the right to cancel the tour based on guest safety, and guide safety.​

Cottonwood Tour

 Guests will explore Old Town Cottonwood and discover the rich, interesting history specializing in the Prohibition Era.  The role that Cottonwood, Clemenceau, and the Verde Valley, played in shaping the West.  Tales of Bootlegging, Prostitution, Murder, Celebrities, triumphs, and tragedies will provide the back drop, as you will actively ghost hunt through the streets of Old Town Cottonwood using the latest ghost hunting equipment to discover apiece of the history for yourselves, just like the shows on TV.

The Jerome Tour

Guests will explore the West’s most interesting Ghost Town.  Once the booming mining town that generated the wealth that shaped the West as we know it today, Jerome was on the brink of extinction by the 1950’s.  Home to over 15,000 residents in its hey day of the early 20th Century, Jerome saw the Depression strip this bustling company town of it’s energy, leaving it with but 100 residents two decades later.  This was the Wild West as we know it from American History, Miners, Cowboys, Parlor Girls, Immigrant workers and the daily struggle to simply stay alive.  The voices of the past ride in the wind.  We give you the great stories and tales that have become legend and invite you to discover the story being retold for yourself.

The Clarkdale Tour

Clarkdale is a quaint old Company Town that was created by William Andrews Clark, perhaps the most wealthy, influential man in America that very little is known about.  Clark built this town for his top Smelter workers and Engineers to have a first rate community to live and work in the mines of Jerome.  Located at the base of the Ghost Town of Jerome, many of the amenities of the bustling mining town remain, from the famous Verde Valley Railroad, to the Clarkdale Clubhouse.  The roots of Clarkdale go much deeper however to it's indigenous past and the tribes who made this area of the Verde River home.  The story of Clark himself, the feeling of being dropped back in time in Clarkdale, make this fascinating story come to life.
